Step 1 – Identify your stakeholders

You can’t – and shouldn’t – start with innovation on your own. There are many reasons for this, most of which are obvious when you think of it. The question we ask here is: “Who should I involve in my innovation journey?”

We will encounter this question several times during the start With Innovation Programme. But for now we focus on the stakeholders and their positions at the start of your journey.
