Step 5 – Decide SWI focus with stakeholders

To end this phase, take a final decision on which area you’ll focus. To ensure support, involve important stakeholders in this decision – especially those who are responsible for the results.

Use your Start with Innovation Focus Map to discuss your views with these stakeholders. Of course you may have completed the focus map together with them in the previous step. In that case, you will already have made a supported decision.
